Michelle was recognized as the MTA’s Safety Professional of the Year (2012) and is a certified Smith System Driver Trainer. She also oversees TSA Security, SmartWay-approved operations, and consistently achieves top ratings in safety audits, ensuring Northfield maintains the highest industry standards.
